PHASE 3: Improvements
Based on your current scoring, we’ll identify specific improvements needed to meet, or exceed, the minimum performance requirements. This step ensures your company is on the right track to Certification.
PHASE 4: Post-Submission
Once the B Impact Assessment is submitted, we’ll guide you through the review process, working closely with B Lab to ensure everything moves smoothly. Completing this phase means your company will join a global community of Certified B Corporations—a true mark of your commitment to a more equitable, inclusive, and regenerative economy.

How long will it take for my company to get Certified?
On average, expect to spend 6-12 months. Every company’s journey is different, but Enharmonic Encounters will guide you through the steps to ensure you stay on track.
How much should I expect to pay for yearly Certification Fees?
Fees are tiered based on your company’s top-line revenue. For companies in the United States and Canada, the lowest annual fee starts at $2,000 for companies earning up to $5 million.
Can you guarantee that my company will get Certified if I hire you?
Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee Certification. However, Jeffrey’s guidance has helped numerous companies achieve success, with a 100% success rate to date.
I see that there are now many Trained B Consultants and others helping companies get Certified. How do I know if you’re the right consultant for me?
Great question! In addition to the consultant having clear credentials and credibility, you’ll also want to consider factors such as:
- How well they interact with you.
- The experience other companies have had working with them.
- Their overall engagement in the B Global Network.
- The intangible and complimentary value that they’ll offer you.
- The type of relationship you want to build beyond your B Certification journey.

What happens if I can’t maintain the minimum performance requirement for B Certification during the review process with B Lab?
If your company doesn’t meet the performance requirement during the review process, you’ll enter an Improvement stage, giving you 90 days to adjust your operations and meet the necessary standards. If the score drops significantly, B Lab may close the assessment, and you’ll need to restart the process. But don’t worry—we’ll work with you to make sure you’re fully prepared to succeed.
What happens if I can’t maintain the minimum performance requirement for B Certification during the review process with B Lab?
If your company doesn’t meet the performance requirement during the review process, you’ll enter an Improvement stage, giving you 90 days to adjust your operations and meet the necessary standards. If the score drops significantly, B Lab may close the assessment, and you’ll need to restart the process. But don’t worry—we’ll work with you to make sure you’re fully prepared to succeed.
If you had to share only one piece of advice on how to succeed in the Certification process, what would it be?
The key to success is organization. Create clear, written documentation for your company’s policies and operations—signed by executive leadership on official letterhead. The B Impact Assessment values structure and transparency, and being organized will help you confidently provide the evidence needed to demonstrate your impact.
I’m looking at Recertification, although I see that the new standards are now being released. Will I be expected to recertify on the new standards?
If your Recertification Date is June 30, 2026, or earlier, you won’t need to recertify under the new standards. Your Recertification Date and Submission Date are different, so if your Recertification Date falls before June 30, 2026, you can proceed with the current standards (Version 6).
For example, Enharmonic Encounters has a Recertification Date of May 15, 2026, and a Submission Date of November 15, 2025. We will not be expected to recertify on the new standards.
